WHEN YOU’RE READY (E A D G B E)

Now it’s warm enough you can rest your head. You can think about beautiful things.

I won’t wake you up. I’ll just sit outside. The sun is here. You can take your time.

Drink some tea, sit on the grass. Watch the clouds as they gently pass.

 

Let’s get on our bikes and ride down to the beach. The wind is blowing us towards the sea.

In the afternoon, when we are salty and tired, we’ll have cold showers and wait for night.

Around dusk we can take a walk. I’ll take your hand as we go around the block.

 

When you’re ready I will know. I will follow you wherever you go.
