WHY WON’T YOU COME SWIMMING WITH ME? (E A D G B E)
I remember her. Swift and graceful. Something like a mermaid. The sky was overcast.
How could I have known? Ten years later. The colour of her swimmers I’d think of now and then. It’s weird because it’s really been ten years.
On land we were just two bodies. But in the water two parts of something much greater.
I need you to trust me. Come with me. Why won’t you take my hand?
Why won’t you come swimming with me?
