Now it is dark

NOW IT IS DARK (D G D G B E)

 

Now it dark it is really dark and I realise it wasn’t really that dark before.

Though I know it is real it is hard to believe that when the light returns it will be enough.

So I’m drawing the blinds and I’m closing my eyes and counting the cicadas that never made a sound.

Because now it is dark it is really dark and I just hope I make through the night.
